CMP.No.18990/2018 in CMA.SR.62603/2018 VMVJ This petition is filed to condone the delay of 339 days in filing the above appeal.

2. Mr.K.T.S.Sivakumar, learned counsel submitted that he has filed vakalat for the respondents 1 to 3. Though notice is served on the respondents 4 and 5 and their names are printed in the cause list, there is no representation for them either in person or through counsel.

3. Heard counsel for the petitioner as well as respondents 1 to 3.

4. Considering the contention of the counsel for petitioner, this petition is ordered and delay is condoned on condition that the petitioner pays a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred only) to "the High Court Legal Services Authority, Chennai" within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the petition shall stand dismissed automatically, without further reference to this Court.
