O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondents 1 and 2 to cancel the document bearing No.3192/2018 registered by the third respondent relying on the false and fabricated documents in violation of the provisions of Revenue Standing Orders in respect of the property measuring to an extent of 650 sq.ft., comprised in Survey No.313/3 situated at Konnur Village, Ayanavaram Taluk, Chennai, on the representation dated 04.09.2018. 2.

Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

It is seen that the petitioner submitted representation dated 2/5

04.09.2018 to the first respondent. After a period of 7 years, no direction can be issued on the old representation. Therefore, the petitioner is at liberty to submit a fresh representation before the second respondent challenging the sale deed executed by the third respondent in accordance with law.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
