O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] appearing for the respondents.

3.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate submitted that there is no petition or complaint against the petitioner before the respondent police. However, the petitioner's brother Sakthivel is involved in a murder case and warrant is pending against him and therefore, the police had called this petitioner for enquiry in order to trace the whereabouts of his brother Sakthivel. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.In view of the above, this Court directs the petitioner to co-operate with the police for enquiry and during enquiry the petitioner shall not be harassed.
