This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to file a final report in Crime No.88 of 2015. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the respondent has registered a case in the above said crime number on 01.03.2015, no final report is filed till date.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the investigation has been transferred to the District Crime Branch, Coimbatore and the investigation will be completed and the final report will be filed within a period of four months.
