Both the petitions are filed to order substituted service for first respondent by affixture C.N.B and L.K.R. by publication in one issue of Malai Murasu.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondents.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are ordered.

4. The petitioner is directed to effect substituted of service (i)affixture on C.N.B & L.K.R and (ii)in Tamil daily news paper Malai Murasu having vide circulation in the region where the first respondent resides mentioning the next date of hearing on 23.07.2024.
