Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditional order of depositing a sum of Rs.5,000/- to the De-facto complainant on or before 5th of every month by way of demand draft or shall deposit Rs.5,000/- in her account in Crl.O.P.No.3031 of 2016 order dated 29.02.2016.
