The petitioners have come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the second respondent to register the general Power of Attorney dated 15.05.2018 in Temporary Document No.TP/15455388/2018 or any other document to be executed by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
petitioners in the property situated at No.42, Old No.129 Ram Nagar South Extension, Pallikaranai Village, Tambaram Taluk, Kancheepuram Dist.
2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, on instructions, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the claim of the petitioners would be considered by the second respondent, if the petitioners produce all the required documents.
3. The above submission of the learned Special Government Pleader is hereby recorded and the petitioners are directed to produce all the required documents before the second respondent. On such production, the second respondent is directed to consider the claim of the petitioners after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of such documents.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
