(Xerox Copy Attached in Sechedule of Property) Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.SEZHIAN Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.A.SIVAJI Advocate on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The above petition is filed for an injunction restraining the respondent his men, agents etc., from alienating or deal with the property which is the subject matter of O.S. No.202 of 2015 on the file of the II Additional District and Sessions Court, Tiruppur.

2. On service of notice the respondent has entered appearance for counsel and have also filed a Counter Affidavit today. In the Counter Affidavit the petitioner has made the following statement in paragraph No.3 of the Affidavit:

3. The Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of recording this undertaking.
