These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 1392 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the second respondent, to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the second respondent and to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased second respondent.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no serious objection to allow the petitions.

3. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed along with the above petitions.
