ORDER

Mr.V.Shanmuga Sundar, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to consider her representation dated 24.08.2018.

3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 24.08.2018 to the respondents, for issuance of patta in her favour, but, the same https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

has not been considered by the respondents. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, submitted that the respondents would consider the representation of the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.08.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as other interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
