JUDGMENT

(Order of the Court was delivered by M.S.RAMESH,J.) This Criminal Appeal has been filed to set aside the Judgment of S.C.No.54/2016, dated 03.10.2018 on the file of the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Salem.

2. Mr.Babu Muthumeeran, the Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent/State, produced a copy of the death certificate of the appellant in Crl.A.No.653 of 2018, evidencing that she had expired on 05.11.2021, as such, the appeal stands abated.
