This petition has been filed under section 482 of Cr.P.C., challenging the order dated 23.07.2018 made in Crl.M.P.No. 227 of 2018 in Spl.C.C.No.04/2017 on the file of the Special Judge for prevention of Corruption Act cases, Salem, dismissing the petition filed by the petitioner/accused 2 Under Section 91 of Crl Rc, seeking the production of the documents in C.C.No.04 0f 2017.

2. The said documents are vital for the petitioner to establish his defence or effectively cross examine the accused.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that the said documents were furnished to the petitioner.
