This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner. 2.Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the dispute is purely civil in nature and the respondent Police is harassing the petitioner in the name of enquiry. 4.If the respondent Police wants to enquire the petitioner, the petitioner shall be issued with the summons and thereafter, he shall be enquired.

5.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
