Prayer: Criminal Original petition filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the records in pertaining to the proceedings in Crime No.609/2018 dated 30.10.2017 in final report dated 25.01.2018 in unnumbered in C.C.No. 2018, on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the final report has already been filed in Crime No.609 of 2018. This Court, therefore, does not want to entertain this Criminal Original Petition seeking to quash the FIR and liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the final report filed by the respondent police, if so advised.
2. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
