TEEKAA RAMAN CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.14222 of 2018 IN CRL.A.NO.123 of 2014 MEERA [ PETITIONER/APPELLANT/ACCUSED ] Vs THE ASSISTANT COMMISSIONER OF POLICE, [ RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT ] PATTABIRAM RANGE, TIRUVALLUR DISTRICT, THIRUNINRAVUR POLICE STATION, CRIME NO.245 OF 2011.

Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition imposed petitioner shall report 1st day of working every month by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.M.P.No.1 of 2014 in Crl.A.No.123 of 2014 dated 10.03.2014 pending on the file of this Hon'ble Court against S.C.No.95 of 2013 on the file of the Court of Magalir Neethi Mandram, (Fast Track Court), Thiruvallur. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.KRISHNA KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR. V.SARATHA DEVI, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Seeking to relax the bail condition already imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.1 of 2014 in Crl.A.No.123 of 2014 hence, the petitioner has moved this miscellaneous petition before this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was directed to report on the first working day of every month before the learned Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethi Mandram, (Fast Track Court), Tiruvallur. Now, the petitioner has underwent treatment for diabetes recently. In this regard the counsel for the petitioner has submitted the discharge summary report from the K.V.T. Speciality Hospital, Chennai, which is enclosed in the bundle today (i.e., 29.10.2018) https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition already imposed on the petitioner by this Court is relaxed on medical ground. Hence, this miscellaneous petition is allowed accordingly.
