By order dated 19.12.2018 the Advocate Commissioner was appointed to seize the vehicle in question, accordingly the vehicle was seized and handed over to the applicant company and the receipt of the vehicle is also acknowledged by the learned counsel appearing for the applicant.
2. However, the learned Advocate Commissioner has filed a memo stating that, he has completed the task and also seeks for additional remuneration, apart from the initial remuneration, a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) he has received.
3. Though, the application has also been closed by order dated 19.12.2018, the additional remuneration aspect of the Advocate Commissioner has not been decided and by taking in to account, the efforts taken by the Advocate Commissioner, this Court is inclined to allow a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) as additional remuneration which shall be paid by the applicant company to the Advocate Commissioner within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. http://www.judis.nic.in

4. Since the warrant has been executed and the vehicle has been handed over to the applicant, no further order is required to be passed in this application.
