Pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the learned Advocate Commissioner who was appointed, has seized the vehicle and has completed the task entrusted to her and the vehicle in question has been handed over to the applicant company and the receipt of the said vehicle is also acknowledged by the learned counsel appearing for the applicant.

2. Since the application was closed by passing the initial order itself, there was no scope for the Advocate Commissioner to claim any additional remuneration. Subsequently, now the learned Advocate Commissioner has filed a memo seeking for additional remuneration.

3. Considering the efforts taken by the learned Advocate Commissioner, apart from the initial remuneration which has been paid, this Court is inclined to allow a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) as additional remuneration, which shall be paid to the Advocate Commissioner by the applicant within a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order. http://www.judis.nic.in

4. Since the warrant has been executed and the vehicle has been handed over to the applicant, no further order is required to be passed in this application.

Accordingly, this application is closed with the earlier order also.
