ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the respondent Police to file a Final Report in Crime No.24 of 2016. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
3.Taking into consideration the nature of allegations in the FIR, this Court directs the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.24 of 2016, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and either file a Final Report or Closure Report, as the case may be, under due intimation of the de facto complainant. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
