Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petitions filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 4th respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.09.2018 for rectification of errors crept in the revenue records by implementing the order passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Hosur, in Roc.34976/71G dated 30.05.1972 and order passed in K.Dis.10734/80, dated 08.08.1980 in respect of the lands to an extent of 1.96 Acres comprised in Survey No.167/1 situated at Bukkasagaram Village, Shoolagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District and issue patta to the petitioner within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court. The present Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the 4th respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.09.2018.
2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 10.09.2018 for rectification of errors crept in, in the revenue records by implementing the order passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Hosur, in Roc.34976/71G dated 30.05.1972 and the order passed in K.Dis.10734/80, dated 08.08.1980 in respect of the lands to an extent of 1.96 acres comprised in Survey No.167/1 situated at Bukkasagaram Village, Shoolagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District, and issue patta to the petitioner. But, the said representation is yet to be disposed of by the respondents. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.
3. Heard Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader, appearing on behalf of the respondents.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made on either side, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the representation, directs the 4th respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.09.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the persons interested in this regard and also affording them an opportunity of personal hearing, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
