O R D E R

This contempt petition is filed complaining that the order passed by this Court in WP.No.5160 of 2018 dated 07.03.2018 has not been complied with.

2. This Court, while disposing the said writ petition,

has directed the second and third respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.10.2017, after hearing the petitioner as well as the rival claimants and other interested persons, if any. In and through the said representation, the petitioner sought for survey of her property.

3. Today, when the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with, by surveying the property on 27.09.2018. He has also produced a copy of the Survey Report.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this contempt petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved against the said Survey Report, it is open to her to challenge the same in the manner known to law.
