ORDER

Mr.V.Shanmuga Sundar, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the first respondent to consider his Appeal dated 19.09.2018.

3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has filed an appeal before the first respondent on 19.09.2018, for cancellation of patta issued in favour of the respondents 3 to 9, but, the same has not been considered by the first respondent. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, submitted that the first respondent would dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to dispose of the appeal dated 19.09.2018 filed by the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as other necessary parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
