ORDER

Mr.J.Ramesh, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the second respondent to initiate appropriate action on his representation dated 01.06.2018 and complete the same within the time period stipulated by this Court.

3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 01.06.2018 to the respondents, claiming to rectify the errors inadvertently creptin in the revenue records, but, the same has not been considered by the respondent. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, submitted that the second respondent would consider the representation of the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.06.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as other interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
