.. Respondents Prayer: Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.8919 of 2004, dated 14.07.2017.

O R D E R

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondents have filed W.A.No.1835 of 2018 against the order of this Court dated

14.07.2017 made in W.P.No.8919 of 2004. This Court by judgment dated 19.06.2019 made in W.A.No.1835 of 2018 modified the order by holding that the period of service in the unaided post will be considered only for the purpose of fixing the pension. The 1st respondent will not be entitled to the consequential benefits or increments for the said period. In view of the same, the respondents have complied with the order of this Court and produced copy of the proceedings dated 22.07.2019 to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2.Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
