This petition has been filed to amend the cause title where it is claimed by the petitioner through the affidavit that, the husband name and address of the sixth respondent has been wrongly mentioned, that has been now rectified. Therefore, the proper address and husband name of the sixth respondent can be taken into account.

Accordingly, this amendment has become necessitated.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

3.In view of the above, this petition is ordered.

4.The Registry is directed to carryout the amendment.
