Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 25.09.2018 submitted by the petitioner and to pass appropriate orders thereof for releasing the balance payment of Rs.1,34,400/- payable to the petitioner for having completed the construction work relating to Village Panchayat Service Centre in Singannur Village, Tindivanam Taluk, Villupuram District, within a time limit.

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to pay a sum of Rs.1,34,400/- payable to the petitioner for completing the construction work done by him for the third respondent panchayat.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondents submitted that now the amount has been settled to the petitioner and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3. Recording the submission made by both the counsels, the writ petition stands closed. No costs.
