PRAYER in W.P.No.30137/2018: Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to C.No.107/DSP/EOW-II/NKL/2018 dated 03.09.2018 issued by the 3rd respondent insofar as Patta No.1036 in survey no.37/2A belonging to the petitioner and quash the same and further direct the 3rd respondent to attach the 4 and 5th respondent properties in connection with sale deed bearing document No.885/2000 in survey no.113/2, sale deed Doc.no.908/2004 in survey no.113/2 sale document no.358/2010 in survey nos.86/4, 86/4B, sale deed doc.no.1984/2011 in survey no.103/3A sale deed doc. no.1609/2013 in survey no.150/2A, 150/2A2 sale deed doc.no.4159/2014 in survey no.97/2, 97/2C2 sale deed doc.no.5759/2015 in survey no.

80/1, 80/2, 80/3, 86/3, 86/4 and above said properties were registered before Sub Registrar office, Tiruchengodu and other sale deed bearing doc.no.821/2011 in survey no.81/2 and same was registered before Sub Registrar office Pudhuchathram and recover the same. PRAYER in W.P.No.31149/2018: Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to C.No.107/DSP/EOW-II/NKL/2018 dated 03.09.2018 issued by the 3rd respondent insofar as Patta No.1037 in survey No.29/1, 29/2C and patta No.1038 in survey no.29/2A and also other patta no.1039 in survey no.
