Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in Criminal Appeal No.248 of 2018 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence of imprisonment passed against the petitioner in SC.No. 18 of 2017 dt.22.3.2018 passed by the Principal Sessions Court, Namakkal and enlarge the petitioner on bail, pending disposal of the above Criminal appeal.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in Crl. Appeal No.248 of 2018 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.A.MARIAPPAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.RAMACHANDRAN Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This miscellaneous petition has been seeking to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner in S.C.No.18 of 2017 dated 22.03.2018 passed by the learned Principal Sessions Court, Namakkal and enlarge the petitioner on bail, pending disposal of the above criminal appeal.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the miscellaneous petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

Recording the above submissions made on behalf of the petitioner and the endorsement, this miscellaneous petition seeking suspension of sentence is dismissed as withdrawn. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Post the main appeal after four weeks.
