ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to the notice dated 15.10.2018 in Notice No.70/P, A2-18 in Form-III issued by the 4th respondent in respect of Survey No.4 of Meenambedu Village, Ambattur Taluk, Thiruvellore District and to quash the same.
2. It is an admitted fact that earlier W.P.No.28643 of 2018 etc. batch had been moved before this Court in relation to the very same notice and the very same Survey Number. By the common order dated 31.10.2018, a Division Bench of this Court disposed of the said writ petitions.
3. In the order dated 31.10.2018 in W.P.No.28643 of 2018 etc. batch, it is reflected that the authorities are willing to withdraw the impugned notice and take appropriate proceedings by following the directions issued by the Division Bench in the decision in the case of T.S.Senthil Kumar v. Government of Tamil Nadu and others, reported in (2010) 3 MLJ 771. It was further observed in the said order that in the light of the statement made by the learned Special Government Pleader, the writ petitions are disposed of with a direction to the authorities to take action for removal of encroachment strictly in accordance with the guidelines issued by the Division Bench in T.S.Senthil Kumar, cited supra.
4. In view of the observations made in W.P.No.28643 of 2018 etc. batch, this writ petition is also disposed of in the same terms as stated in the order dated 31.10.2018 whereby W.P.No.28643 of 2018 etc. batch came to be disposed of. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P.Nos.32582 and 32586 of 2018 are closed.
