Respondents Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying this Court to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 3rd respondent dated 04.10.2018 in FM1/111/TRS-20864 /18-1933956673 and quash the same and further direct the respondent to count 50% of daily wage service from 11.03.1996 till 10.03.2006 together with regular service of office Assistant and Junior Assistant from 11.03.2006 till 16.10.2018.

ORDER

When the matter was taken up today for hearing, Mr.C.Vidhusan, learned counsel appearing for petitioner on instructions, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

present writ petition with liberty to file a fresh petition as and when if necessary arises. In this regard, on behalf of petitioner, memo was filed seeking withdrawal of the petition. 2.Recording said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for petitioner and perused the Memo filed by him on behalf of petitioner, this Court permits the petitioner to with draw this present writ petition. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn and liberty is granted to the petitioner to file fresh petition, if so advised. However there shall be no order as to costs.
