This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.9381 of 2018 dated 27.03.2018.

Police, Karamadai Police Station, Coimbatore District is personally present before this Court today.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, submitted that F.I.R. has been registered in Crime No.468 of 2018.
