Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records connected with seniority list for the year 2018-2019 for transfer of service from Middle School Head Master to the post of Block Education Officer prepared by the 2nd Respondent dated 01.06.2018 and quash the same and consequently direct the Respondents to prepare the revised seniority list and place the petitioner in the appropriate place

and post the petitioner as Block Education Officer from the date on which the petitioner's junior was promoted and for pay fixation and other monetary benefits.

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the seniority list for the year 2018-2019 for transfer of service from Middle School Headmaster to the post of Block Education Officer prepared by the second respondent dated 01.06.2018.

2.When this writ petition is taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner restricted his prayer to the effect that the representation of the petitioner made in this regard on 27.06.2018 may be directed to be considered by the fourth respondent.

3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has submitted that the representation of the petitioner will be considered on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks.

4.In view of the above submissions, without going into the merits of the contentions raised by the writ petitioner in this writ petition, the writ petition is disposed of directing the fourth respondent to consider the representation dated 27.06.2018 made by the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
