ORDER

The petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition to direct the respondent to release the Tipper Lorry bearing Registration No.TN-03-H-4993 seized by the Inspector of Police, Brammadesam Police Station, Brammadesam, Vembakkam Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District on 12.10.2018 to the petitioner.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
