Prayer: Civil Revision Petition filed Under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the District Munsif Court, Tiruppur to dispose off the suit in O.S.No.304 of 2017 at the earliest.

O R D E R
The limited prayer sought for in the petition is for a direction for the speedy disposal of the suit in O.S.No.304 of 2017, on the ground that the second petitioner is 78 years old and is not keeping good health.
2. On a perusal of the adjudication orders, it is seen that the issues have already been framed on 17.01.2018. As such, it would be appropriate to direct the learned District Munsif, Tiruppur to complete the proceedings within stipulated time.
3. In the light of the above observations, the learned District Munsif, Tiruppur is called upon to expedite the trial in O.S.No.304 of 2017 and complete the same atleast within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
