ORDER

On the last hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner was directed to produce the mark sheet pertaining to the writ petitioner to verify whether he has scored marks over and above the cut off mark prescribed by the respondents.

2. Today, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents furnishes the mark sheet of the petitioner and it is seen that the marks obtained by the petitioner far below the cut off mark and that he has not reached the zone of selection.

3. Hence, there is no useful purpose in proceeding with keeping the writ petition pending recording the fact that the petitioner is not qualified for selection.

4. Hence, the petitioner, having obtained the marks far below the cut off mark prescribed by the respondents, there is no merits in the writ petition and consequently, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Connected Writ Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
