ORDER

(Order of the Court was delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner is the mother of the detenue - Kreethika, aged 18 years. She has come up with this petition seeking a direction to the respondents for production of the detenue.

2. All the parties, including the detenue, third respondent and parents of the 3rd respondent, are present. It is agreed between the parties that the detenue will be take care of by the parents of the 3rd respondent.
