Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Declaration, or any other Writ to the 2nd respondent with suitable instructions 1st and 3rd respondent to declare the liability of the sum of Rs.18,47,000/- (Rupees Eighteen lakhs and forty seven thousand only) being the cost of procuring of the Turbo charge Casing; case on the petitioner as baseless and unwarranted, and thereby, revoking the same; and to settle the invoice amount of the sum of Rs.22,04,614/- (Rupees Twenty two lakhs four thousand six hundred and fourteen only) raised through invoices for the work carried out over a period four months from November 2017 to February 2018, and also to refund the security Deposit of a sum of Rs.8,69,890/- (Rupees Eight lakhs sixty nine thousand eight https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
