ORDER

By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioners have come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondent to consider their Application No.2018/0103/12/134759 dated 19.09.2018 for granting patta relating to the land in S.Nos.295/1A, 295/1B, 295/1C, 300/3A and 300/3C situated at Malumicham Patti Village, Coimbatore.

3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners have submitted Application dated 19.09.2018 claiming the relief as prayed in this writ petition, but, the same is yet to be disposed of by the respondent. 4.Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, learned Special Government Pleader taking notice for the respondent submitted that the respondent be directed to consider the petitioners' application and pass orders in accordance with law.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court directs the respondent to consider the petitioners' application dated 19.09.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
