ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.] This Court in continuation and in conjunction with the earlier order dated 19.03.2019 is passing the following order.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State, on instructions, would submit that the pregnancy of the minor detenue, aged about 17 years, has been terminated in accordance with law and as of today, the detenue is under the care and custody of her parents.

3. In the light of the said development, no further adjudication is required in this Habeas Corpus Petition and hence, it is closed.
