Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Suspend the Sentence imposed S.C.No.293 of 2017 dated 25.09.2018 on the file of Special Court Under POCSO Act 2012/Mahila Court, Chennai600 104 and Enlarge the Petitioner on Bail, pending disposal of the above Crl.A.No.656 of 2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.SANKARASUBBU, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR. R.RAVICHANDRAN, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This miscellaneous petition has been seeking to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner by judgment dated 25.09.2018 by the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for cases under POCSO Act 2012/Mahila Court, Chennai, in S.C.No.293 of 2017, pending the above criminal appeal.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the miscellaneous petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

Recording the above submissions made on behalf of the petitioner and the endorsement, this miscellaneous petition seeking suspension of sentence is dismissed as withdrawn.
