ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent Police to file a Final Report in FIR No.130 of 2017. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent Police have completed the investigation and closed the same as mistake of fact and have filed a Closure Report before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sangagiri in RCS.No.4/2018 on 04.04.2018.

4.In view of the above, nothing survives in the present criminal original petition, accordingly, the same is dismissed.
