O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent not to interfere into the present civil dispute between the petitioner and the 2nd respondent by harassing the petitioner in the guise of enquiry with respect to the complaint of the 2nd respondent dated 06.09.2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] appearing for the respondents.

3.Learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] submitted that on the complaint given by one Hemalatha against the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.1116/2018 before the 1st respondent.

4.In such view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to cooperate with the police for enquiry and at the time of conducting enquiry, the petitioner shall not be harassed. During the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, the 1st respondent police are free to register an FIR and this order shall not be a shield for the petitioner against arrest. With the above direction, this petition is closed.
