... Respondents / Respondents This case came up for settlement before the Lok Adalat. Mr.A.N.Viswanatha Rao, learned counsel for the appellants and M/s.A.Salomi, learned Counsel for the second respondent. After mutual 1/4
discussion and negotiation between both parties they arrived at a compromise to settle the matter as follows:
TERMS OF SETTLEMENT The Trial Court has awarded Rs.13,11,800/- along with further interest at the rate of 7.5% per annum. The entire award amount along with accrued interest has already been deposited before the Trial Court. Over and above the same, the respondents shall deposit a sum of Rs.4,40,000/- within a period of eight weeks from today. The parties have agreed to accept the same as full quit.
2. Upon such deposit, the claimants shall be entitled for withdrawal of their respective share in the same proportion as ordered by the Trial Court without filing any formal application and only upon verification of their identity.
