The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a fresh petition in relation to encroachment to Survey No.357/11. He has also made an endorsement to the said effect. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for. No costs.
