O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 2 and 3 not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] appearing for the respondents.

3.Learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] submitted that on the complaint given by one Balammal against the petitioner, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petition enquiry is pending in L.No.274/8162/2018 and the same has been closed by the 3rd respondent on 26.10.2018. 4.In such view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to cooperate with the police for enquiry and at the time of conducting enquiry, the petitioner shall not be harassed. During the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, the 2nd and 3rd respondent police are free to register an FIR and this order shall not be a shield for the petitioner against arrest.
