This miscellaneous petition is filed to restore the writ petition as against the 4th respondent which was dismissed on 24.02.2012 for default in payment of Batta as against the 4th respondent.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the writ petition as against the 4th respondent which was dismissed on 24.02.2012 for default in payment of Batta is restored.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed.
