This petition has been filed to restore the writ petition in W.P.No.23972 of 2018, which was dismissed for default on 10.10.2018. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that he met with an accident on 07.10.2018 and that, he could not appear before this Court on 10.10.2018 and hence the writ petition has been dismissed for non prosecution.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no serious objection to allow this petition.

Considering the fact and also satisfying with the reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed. 5.
