O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.02.2018 for convening a timing conference in respect of the petitioner's mini bus bearing registration No.TN 24 -X-1175 .

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner had filed an application to the respondent to conduct the timing conference on 17.03.2006. A notice has been issued to the petitioner for conducting the timing conference on 05.04.2006. Thereafter, no further order is passed. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, would submit that the timing conference has already been conducted on 05.04.2006. Now, the petitioner has filed this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

writ petition after a lapse of 12 years, without any valid reasons.

4. Since already the timing conference has been conducted on 05.04.2006, the prayer sought for by the petitioner after lapse of 12 years cannot be maintainable and hence, the present writ petition is liable to be dismissed.
