O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.252 of 2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

3.On the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent Police have registered a case in Crime No.252 of 2018 on 10.07.2018 under Section 294(b), 324 and 379 IPC r/w Section 3 (1)(r) and 3(1)(s) of SC/ST(POA) Amendment Act, 2015. While so, the de facto complainant has filed the present petition with the above prayer.

4.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions, submitted that if six months time is granted, the respondent Police will complete the investigation in Crime No.252 of 2018. 5.Recording the submission, this Court directs the respondent Police to complete the investigation in Crime No.252 of 2018, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and either file a Charge Sheet or a Closure Report as the case may be under due intimation to the de https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
