The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to dispose the petitioner's representation dated 24.09.2018.

2. According to the petitioner, he has submitted a representation dated 24.09.2018 to reject the application made by the third respondent to cancel the patta issued in his name, but, the same is yet to be disposed of by the respondents. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. There was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Heard Mr.S.Sureshkumar, learned Government Advocate on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representations, directs the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.09.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the third respondent herein and also affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, third respondent herein as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
