This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] appearing for the respondent.

3.Learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] submitted that on the complaint given by one Suji Preethi against the petitioners, petition enquiry is pending before the respondent police in Current Paper C.No.2778/2018.

4.In such view of the matter, the petitioners are directed to cooperate with the police for enquiry and at the time of conducting enquiry, the petitioners shall not be harassed. During the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, the respondent police are free to register an FIR and this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
